Join me in this two-part podcast, where we will discuss the seven major chakras, their meanings, and their effects (specifically how they influence our health and well-being). We will be doing live guided chakra balancing and energy healing, using techniques and exercises to help you activate, unblock, balance, and align your chakras. This is meant to be a unique experience for everyone watching or listening. Undoubtedly, you will feel a shift in your body.
Part one of this podcast will focus on the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. Next week, for part two, we will work with the heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.
A quick overview of chakras:
They are the main energy centers of the body. You've probably heard others talking about "unblocking" their chakras. This refers to the idea that when all seven chakras are open, energy can run through them freely.
Harmony exists between the body, mind, and spirit. Experiencing too much stress, physically or mentally, often disrupts this harmony. Personal habits, such as poor physical alignment or posture, eating unhealthy food, and self-destructive behavior, can also have this effect. As a result, one or more chakras become blocked and imbalanced.
The seven chakras:
Your Root Chakra focuses on stability and security. It helps you to feel grounded and able to withstand challenges.
Your Sacral Chakra rules sexual and creative energy. It also influences how you relate to your emotions, as well as the emotions of others.
Your Solar Plexus Chakra is all about confidence and helping you to feel in control of your life.
Your Heart Chakra is linked to self-love and love for others.
Your Throat Chakra is a place for speaking the truth and ensuring your inner truths are properly communicated.
Your Third Eye Chakra governs your intuition. It's also linked to imagination.
Your Crown Chakra is all about your connection to spirituality. It also plays a role in your life’s purpose.
